Key lime is my favorite pie. It’s tangy, sweet, refreshing, and great with a cup of coffee. Its the perfect way to end a meal. I wanted to celebrate the unusually warm Chicago weather by making ice cream and I had a taste for key lime pie. This is a Philadelphia style ice cream, meaning no eggs, which tastes just like key lime pie. I served it in a home made graham cracker cone which served as the pie’s crust. So you want the recipe?
